Jason's love for the legal field began as a child in a situation that seemed anything but fair.

"My grandfather had a legal issue - he fought his entire life to keep a piece of property that was being taken by the government," he said. "It showed me just how important having a good attorney is and the impact they have on everyone's life."

Throughout his upbringing and education, Jason found that he was very passionate about the medical aspect of law and wanted to make a difference for those people.

"While clerking for attorneys in law school, I found that I enjoyed learning the medical aspects behind injuries, parts of the body, treatments, and so forth," he said. "I also learned that I enjoyed helping people through the hardships of being hurt and facing financial upheaval."

Upon graduating, and after experiencing working for a larger firm in Chicago, Jason always felt that he could do more on his own and he wanted to focus on his clients.

"I wanted to practice injury law in a different way with the utmost integrity and honesty," he said. "My desire was to have a firm where we put people first and provide clients with superior communication, compassion,but also aggressively pushed for maximum outcomes." That has now become the cornerstone of the success of the firm.

Communication has also proved to be one of Jason's key strengths as an attorney and he aims to ensure his clients always know what's going on with their case every step of the way.

I take the time to respond to client calls and emails quickly and to answer questions and explain the process.

Jason is persistent and works tirelessly to get clients the maximum benefits they're entitled to receive. He has been recognized by his peers for being friendly, yet aggressive and advocating tenaciously for clients while maintaining respect and integrity for his adversaries.

Another key trait is his experience. Jason has worked on both sides of the aisle having initially defended insurance companies in injury cases immediately out of law school.

"Because of my background, I have a unique ability to understand how insurance carriers view these cases and to communicate with them in a manner that delivers positive outcomes," he said.

Jason is driven by making a difference in the life of a client - helping them get through a difficult time. His clients are usually panicked, angry, or frustrated when they speak to him for the first time — and understandably so. Jason has a keen ability to make his clients feel calm, develop trust, and be hopeful in the midst of their situation.

"Part of my job is alleviating their stress," he said. "I make sure everyone feels as comfortable as possible and know we have their backs. I walk with them through each step and help them understand what is needed and why."

Jason proudly serves the communities of Naperville and Aurora and the surrounding Chicago-land area in Illinois. He grew up in Naperville, graduated from Naperville Central High School and lived at home commuting to the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Since the age of 10, he has lived in Naperville where his children now attend Naperville schools. He chose to open his law firm in Naperville specifically to provide suburban folks with the same access to a higher experienced and specialized injury law practice, without the need to travel to downtown Chicago.
