About Jason

I became an injury attorney because I witnessed firsthand how the legal system can fail hardworking people and I enjoy the challenge and commitment of helping others obtain justice. My grandfather, a WWII veteran and small business owner, lost the business he built over 40 years due to environmental regulations he couldn’t have foreseen or afforded to remedy. Watching him struggle through that injustice during my high school years inspired me to fight for others facing similar challenges.

Since earning my law degree over 25 years ago, I’ve dedicated my career to helping injury victims get fair treatment from insurance companies. While clerking in the City of Chicago’s Torts Division and working under mentor Jack R. Davis, I found my calling in advocating for those who are hurt, overlooked, and undercompensated.

Out of law school, I worked for a defense firm initially for 3 years, where I learned invaluable insight into how employers and insurance carriers fight claims. I learned their playbook. I quickly changed paths to represent injured victims, my true passion, which I have been doing ever since. I am uniquely qualified to help those injured because I know what the defense side is thinking and how to counter their tactics.

Having practiced for over 25 years, I know the injury law field. I know the insurance companies fighting your cases. I know the law firms and attorneys they enlist to help them. I know the judges these cases are assigned to and I know the doctors and medical professionals in our area that you are likely treating with for your injuries. I’ve been selected by peers in the Chicagoland area as an AV Preeminent attorney and a Superlawer.

I’m a life-long Naperville resident and Chicagoland native. I’m a husband and father of two boys and in my spare time I’m a music junkie, sports fanatic, and dog lover.

I founded this firm on the belief that justice should be accessible to everyone. My team and I take your case personally, working tirelessly to get you the medical care, financial support, and peace of mind you deserve. We’d like to take on the hard work so that you can focus on your recovery with peace of mind. We are committed to your success, achieving maximum justice for each client, and seeing that no person is railroaded by big insurance.
