We love hearing from new clients or people looking for a free consultation. There are months when we will take hundreds of phone calls from people asking if they have a case. Nothing makes us happier - even if we aren't retained. We spend a lot of time and money trying to get people to know about our firm and we are always eager to build a relationship with members of our community regardless of whether they become our client. In taking these phone calls we have answered a lot of the same questions and so we thought the best way to help people find us online is to answer those questions on our website.
From, "what is my case worth?" to, "do I even have a case?" and, "do I need an attorney?" We have heard it all adn we are happy to answer these question to the best of our ability. Sometimes we need more information to answer the questions, sometimes you won't like our answer, but we promise to be thorough, honest, and have your best interests in mind. If you can represent yourself and get a better outcome, we will tell you. Don't believe us? Check our online reviews. We have reviews from non-clients who we helped resolve their case on their own FOR FREE! It is not about making a quick dollar for us, it is about getting you the best outcome. Most of the time that means having an attorney, but when it doesn't, you will still get great advice from us on how to do it yourself. We don't just give our time and advice away free becuase it feels good, we do it because we are building relationships with our community - because later on, when the person we helped has a friend who needs legal help, we bet our free legal advice and the relationship we built will make it easy for that person to refer their friend to our firm. This is how our relationships start - by the time we are done representing our clients it will often feel like we did a great job for our client, made a friend, and added a family member.
To get you started, we have answered some of the questions that prospective clients ask most during initial consultations. Keep in mind that every case is different - the only way to make sure you are relying on qualified information about your case is to call us.
