Current Clients
We are still here for you, still fighting for you, and still working as hard as we can on your case. We have gotten a lot of calls and emails asking what, if any, impact will Covid-19 have on your case? If your case is currently in litigation (filed as a lawsuit) or requires hearings or trials, your case will be delayed to some degree. The courts are mostly closed with few exceptions. If we had a case management, motion hearing, pretrial conference, trial, or other court appearance scheduled between 3/16 and the end of April, chances are it got continued.
The good news is, most attorneys and insurance adjusters are still working from home. Just prior to this update, we served written discovery on a case to opposing counsel for their clients to answer. We filed two lawsuits last week while working remotely, served 6 new defendants with those lawsuits, issued a subpoena for video evidence, and continue to do everything we can to keep our cases moving. Getting responses to these things might take longer than usual, but rest assured, any delay will not be the result of something we did, or didn’t, do.
There is no other firm better equipped or better prepared to fight for your case during these unprecedented times.
