Truck vs. Car - Lawsuit Filed in Will County

Posted by Marker & Crannell, Attorneys at Law, P.C. | Mar 11, 2020 | 0 Comments

Marker & Crannell filed a lawsuit this week against a truck driver and the trucking company he drove for after settlement negotiations failed to produce a fair outcome. Our client suffered a fractured sternum and a permanent neck injury as a result of this truck driver's negligence when he ran a red light and slammed into our client's car at the intersection of 127th and Route 59 in Plainfield, Illinois. The picture above is all that was left of the car after the collision. This is what happens when a tired truck driver falls asleep behind the wheel of a big rig and runs a red light.

We filed the case in Will County to recover for our client's lost wages, past and future medical bills, past and future loss of a normal life, and past and future pain and suffering.
