Marker & Crannell filed a lawsuit this week against a truck driver and the trucking company he drove for after settlement negotiations failed to produce a fair outcome. Our client suffered a fractured sternum and a permanent neck injury as a result of this truck driver's negligence when he ran a red light and slammed into our client's car at the intersection of 127th and Route 59 in Plainfield, Illinois.
