Settled – $100,000 policy limits for a client who was injured when a drunk driver ran a red light in St. Charles causing back and neck injuries.

Settled – $100,000 policy limits for the passenger in the above-referenced case who also sustained back and neck injuries.

Settled – $100,000 policy limits for the driver of a vehicle who was rear-ended by a drunk driver while stopped at a train crossing.

Settled – $25,000 policy limits for a passenger who was rear ended causing an aggravation of pre-existing spine conditions as well as some new injuries to the man’s neck.

Settled – $75,000 policy limits after a setoff for the $25,000 underlying limits (above) for the man who was rear ended as a passenger.

Settled – $140,000 after a pretrial settlement conference in Will County for a premises liability case where our client tripped over a defective floor mat at a local pizza restaurant requiring a reverse total shoulder replacement.

Settled – $132,500 after a pretrial settlement conference in Will County for a premises liability case against a village public works and an infrastructure supply/maintenance company for a client who tripped in a sinkhole left unrepaired for years between a curb and a fire hydrant causing a meniscal tear.
