Settled - $140,000 after a pretrial settlement conference in Will County for a premises liability case where our client tripped over a defective floor mat at a local pizza restaurant requiring a reverse total shoulder replacement.
Settled - $132,500 after a pretrial settlement conference in Will County for a premises liability case against a village public works and an infrastructure supply/maintenance company for a client who tripped in a sinkhole left unrepaired for years between a curb and a fire hydrant causing a meniscal tear.
